ActJew announces U.S. Congress endorsement slate for 2026 Democratic primary
Jewish organization backs Torres, Goldman, Espaillat, Meng and Jeffries for re-election

NEW YORK -- ActJew, an organization focused on Jewish civic engagement, today announced their full slate of Congressional endorsements in the upcoming New York Democratic primaries.

The organization announced their support for Congressmembers Ritchie Torres, Rep. Dan Goldman, Adriano Espaillat, Grace Meng and Hakeem Jeffries. "Following many months of research and candidate screenings, we are proud to endorse these distinguished members of Congress in their re-election campaigns,” said Michael A. Harris, Chairman & CEO of ActJew. “Each of our endorsed candidates has a strong record of support for Israel and the Jewish community and will continue to represent the interests of Jewish New Yorkers in Washington D.C."

Jewish organization backs Alex Bores or Micah Lasher for Congress in NY-12

While ActJew did not support a specific candidate for the open Congressional seat being vacated by Rep. Jerold Nadler, they endorsed a choice between Micah Lasher or Alex Bores.

"Both Assemblymember Lasher and Assemblymember Bores are distinguished public servants," said Harris. "Either of them would be well-suited to represent New York's Jewish community in Congress."
